Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Monteteam LLC (“MonteTeam”, “we”, “us”) collects through the website monteteam.com and through the mobile apps we publish, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Some of our products have their own policies, which apply instead of this one: DTPulse and ReDo for Jira.
1. Who we are

2. Mobile apps
Each app below has its own section describing what it does with data. Some apps work entirely on your device and send nothing to us. Others are mobile clients of our online services; for those, the service’s privacy policy applies, as stated in the app’s section. We never sell personal data collected through any of our apps.
Audiobooks (Аудиокниги)
An offline audiobook player for MP3 and other audio files that are already stored on your device. Available for Android and iOS.
Data collected by us: none. The app has no account, makes no network requests and sends nothing to us or to third parties. The following stays only on your device:
- the list of audiobook folders you add
- your listening position, playback speed and settings
- cover images you choose (a copy is kept inside the app)
Permissions the app may ask for, and why:
- Music and audio — to read and play the audio files you select.
- Notifications — to show playback controls on the lock screen and in the notification shade.
- Photo picker — only when you choose a cover; the system picker gives the app the single image you select, not your gallery.
Your audio files are never modified, uploaded or copied elsewhere. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
If you have enabled crash or diagnostics sharing in your device settings, Apple or Google may provide us with anonymous crash reports under their own privacy policies. These reports do not identify you.
3. Website monteteam.com
Contact form
When you send us a message, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. The message is delivered to our business mailbox and to an internal Telegram chat used to notify our team. We use it only to reply to you and keep it as business correspondence.
Analytics and advertising
The website uses Google Analytics and the Google Ads conversion tag. They use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you arrived at the site. We use this to understand traffic and measure our advertising. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Server logs
Like most websites, our server records technical data (IP address, user agent, time of request) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to profile visitors.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers that help us run the website: hosting, email delivery, Telegram and Google;
- authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others;
- a successor company, if Monteteam LLC is merged or acquired; we will notify you before that happens.
5. International transfers
We are a US company and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to hello@monteteam.com and we will reply within 30 days. For apps that work only on your device, all their data is removed simply by deleting the app.
7. Children
The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Apps that work only on your device collect no personal data from anyone, including children. Apps for our online business services are intended for organizations and their employees, not for children.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. For significant changes to an app, we will also mention them in the app’s release notes.
